Integrated in the assembly line or as a standalone solution

We implement testing machines with special requirements. These are individually tailored to the customer and are therefore unique. We work closely with our customers in order to jointly develop the technically best and most economically feasible solution – whether testing individual measured variables or integrated functional testing of finished components.

As diverse as the test parameters of the components are, our solutions are flexible in terms of the level of automation. Starting with individual manual workstations for sample testing up to fully automatic 100% control as integration into existing assembly systems, we offer a wide variety of individually designed solutions. This also includes functional tests and setting processes within the assembly processes. Our goal is to reach the nominal parameter with minimal scatter.

The development of customer-specific software and interface solutions is just as much a part of our service as the logging and transfer of test results to higher-level systems (e.g., MES).
